CottonSeed cottonseed often reffered to as "fuzzy seed" or "whole cottonseed" is the seed left after ginning the long fibers from different verieties of cotton. The short fibers remaining on the seed are called linters and are a source if readily digestible cellulose for ruminants. Whole cottonseed is a source of protein, energy and fiber for ruminant animals cottonseed is also used for extraction of oil from the seed. Specification:- Oil Content : Max 18 - 20 % Protein : Max 36 - 38 % Fiber content - Min 11 - 13 % Silica - Less than 3 %
